My name is Kaitlyn Johnson, and I obtained my BS degree in Exercise Science many years ago. After several internships in the field, the mind-body connection captivated me. Seeking to bridge the gap in my understanding of this intriguing connection, I obtained my MA in Professional Counseling and have been working in this incredible field ever since. My specialties include healing from anxiety, childhood abuse and neglect, sexual abuse and any other traumatic event.
